The universal tool sharpener has a removable spindle, so the extended spindle can be used for flat grinding operations. The wheel axis can rotate 360° in the horizontal plane and tilt ±20° in the vertical plane. The grinding spindle has two ends for fixing the grinding wheel, so it can rotate in both directions at two fixed speeds. The longitudinal support slides on a pair of crossed roller guides with pre-tensioning made of hardened steel, which guarantees a high load capacity and prevents tipping at the end of the stroke. The upper table rotates ±90° in the horizontal plane. The position limiter on the speed controller allows you to adjust the speed of movement so that an immediate transition from the stop position to the selected working speed can be made. Horizontal control of the vertical movement is possible.
