Main sanding rollers (horizontal): Equipped with professional Flex-Trim/Quickwood system (combination of natural sisal brushes and replaceable sanding belts with sandpaper).
Oscillation system: The drive motor ensures a constant left-right movement of the rollers (oscillation) during rotation, which prevents the appearance of ridges and gives a perfectly uniform wood texture.
Side (vertical) unit: The machine has an additional side brush with its own electric motor for processing edges, edges and folds in the same pass. The width of the side aggregate is quickly and easily adjusted via the hand wheel on the front.
Conveyor system: Synchronized rubberized pressure rollers with chain transmission prevent the material from slipping. At the entrance there is a yellow auxiliary roller for easier introduction of long boards.
Safety: Central control panel with built-in electrical protection and easily accessible emergency stop mushroom button.
