Configuration of working groups (aggregates)
Although the configuration may vary slightly depending on the exact subvariant and order, the standard SCM BASIC-2 package contains the following stations:
Glue Pot: Applies hot melt adhesive granules directly to the edge of the panel.
Scissor pressure zone: A guillotine for rough cutting of the tape from the reel and a set of 3 to 4 pressure rollers (the first is often pneumatically supported) for tight joining.
Guillotine / Precision Cutting Saws: Two high-frequency motors with circular saws that ideally cut off excess tape on the front and back edges of the panel.
Upper and lower cutters (milling machines): Aggregate with radius or flat knives for fine removal of excess tape in height (upper and lower side).
Polishing Brushes: Two motors with cotton brushes at the output that clean the adhesive residues and polish the edge of the tape giving it a final shine.

Total length: About 3.3 meters (extremely compact for a weighting machine of this class, fits easily in smaller workshops).
