Drive Shaft and Bearing: Front views show the solid output shaft for your drive. Sprockets, belts, or reducers easily turn this solid shaft. Massive cast housing with a bearing sits underneath. Stationary bearing heads carry the full weight of the inner worm gear.
Robust Auger Spiral: Thick steel helix blades rotate inside the open trough. Heavy sheet metal forms this durable spiral blade. Spiral blades constantly scrape the bottom to push material forward. Surface corrosion naturally occurs on steel components outdoors. Abrasive grains quickly clean the metal during the first run. The total length of the three segments of the screw conveyor is 11 meters (3750 x 250 mm + 3600 x 250 mm + 3600 x 250 mm).
