Corali Gazzella M22, a robust double-headed stapler for making the body (frame) of wooden crates. Unlike the more modern M67 units, this model is characterized by a massive horizontal rail and a specific shape of the working heads.

The machine is used to form the body of the crate. Sticher join the sides and front of the wooden packaging through the corner slats.
Synchronized, it drives both heads that pull the wire from the upper coils. In that way, cut it precisely, shape it into staples and join the wooden elements under pressure. It is controlled via a mechanical foot pedal on the bottom.

The Corali Gazzella M22 allows precise adjustment of both stapling heads. Operators adjust the distance between the heads up to 450 mm. The heads move as close as 50 to 60 mm. This tight spacing allows the machine to assemble very shallow crates. Users can also place sturdy staples very close together.The maximum distance of 450 mm covers standard agricultural crates. This width also fits most industrial crates on the local market. The operator loosens the fixing screws on the back. Then, the user manually slides the heads along the metal rail. Finally, the operator firmly tightens the screws at the desired width.The powerful drive motor delivers 1.5 horsepower or 1.1 kilowatts. This reliable motor operates at a stable speed of 950 rpm.
