1. Setting dimensions and angle:

Length of cut: Motors and saws sit on the upper horizontal rail. Operators move the heads left or right using a hand wheel. This movement adjusts the scale for the exact element length.
Cutting angle (tilting): Each head rotates up to 60 degrees. The machine cuts pieces straight at 90 degrees. It also cuts angles to help join the frames.

2. Positioning and fixing of materials:

The worker places a wooden element on the horizontal table. Pneumatic clamps descend using compressed air. Red vertical levers press the wood firmly against the surface. This pressure prevents any material movement during cutting. This automated process eliminates errors and ensures operator safety.

3. Cutting process

The motors activate the 350 mm circular saws. Blades rotate at a high speed of 2800 rpm. Working table then automatically rises toward the saws. Both saws cut through the wood at the same time. This simultaneous action ensures a clean, perfectly parallel cut.

4. End of cycle:

The cutting heads return to the initial upper position. Pneumatic clamps lift and release the wood. The worker removes the finished element (now cut to size) and the waste ends, after which the machine is ready for the next piece.
