We are selling a high-end industrial radial fan from the well-known Italian manufacturer Fida s.r.l. This robust system successfully solves the problem of sawdust, dust and larger wood waste in your plant. Namely, the device collects all impurities directly from the carpentry machines and transports them to the cyclone separator. In this way, your workshop remains completely clean, safe and compliant with environmental standards.
The construction of massive cast iron and steel successfully guarantees the exceptional longevity of the entire system. The fan housing weighs as much as 110 kilograms without the drive motor. Consequently, this massive base effectively dampens all operating vibrations during a full day’s work. The device is therefore an ideal solution for continuous use in demanding industrial production conditions.

Improved performance and reliable belt transmission

The factory model originally used a weaker 3 kW electric motor. However, we installed a much stronger 4 kW replacement motor. This three-phase motor develops a speed of 2870 revolutions per minute. Consequently, the upgraded drivetrain significantly increases overall intake pressure and airflow through the system. Due to this modification, the machine now generates a powerful vacuum for the toughest work tasks.
In addition, the fan has an indirect drive through a system of pulleys and belts. An orange metal cover completely protects this powertrain. The belt transmission successfully protects the bearings of the electric motor from sudden shocks and blockages. If a larger piece of wood flies into the turbine, the belts will simply slip. In this way, this system completely prevents breakdowns and expensive coil burnout.

Open impeller and easy maintenance:

Inside the blue housing is a reinforced turbine with backward curved blades. This specific open design effectively prevents wood from sticking and wrapping around the shaft. Therefore, the machine transports abrasive particles, coarse planing and plastic granulate without clogging. At the same time, the aerodynamic shape of the blades ensures maximum energy efficiency during vacuuming.
Users can maintain this device very easily thanks to cleverly positioned elements. There is a practical inspection hole with a handle on the fan screw itself. You can quickly remove this square cover and thoroughly clean the inside of the turbine. Also, the massive housing of the bearings has external grease nipples for quick and regular lubrication.
