Key features and operating principle:

Purpose: The machine removes excess weld material from the band saw seam. This process flattens the band surface. It ensures smooth movement through the guides.
Motion mechanism: The grinding wheel moves linearly along the welded joint. This movement creates a perfect plane. It also prevents dangerous thinning around the seam.
Fixing: Manual clamps hold the band saw firmly. They maintain a perfect geometric plane during grinding.
Working range: Class 5 models usually process strips up to 60 mm wide. This width fits standard tool sharpening workshops.
Depth control: Operators lower the grinding wheel gradually. This technique prevents material overheating at the seam. It prevents steel weakness and cracking.
