How does this infrared system work on site?
This equipment uses standard heating oil EL to generate intense thermal energy. The burner precisely atomizes fuel inside a closed combustion chamber. Simultaneously, an integrated electric heater prepares the oil for sub-zero temperatures. A massive dark disk on the front soon reaches high temperatures. The glowing metal plate then radiates powerful infrared heat directly forward. Consequently, the machine heats objects and people rather than the air.
Heating capacity based on building insulation type
The 40 kW output allows efficient temperature control in various volumes and areas.
For poorly insulated spaces like tin sheds, the machine covers up to 1,000 m³. This equals an area of 330 m² at a 3-meter ceiling height. For a 5-meter ceiling height, the capacity reaches 200 m² of space.
In average insulated workshops, the device successfully heats volumes up to 1,600 m³. At a standard height of 4 meters, the heater efficiently covers 400 m². In excellently insulated modern warehouses, heating capacity reaches up to 2,600 m³.

Hot air and radiation require strict adherence to safe distances from flammable materials.
- Front side (radiation side): Leave at least 2.0 meters of free space.
- Top side (above the machine): Provide a minimum clearance of 3.5 meters.
- Lateral sides of the device: Move all objects at least 0.6 meters away.
- Rear side (at the burner): Maintain a distance of minimum 0.6 meters.
Use this heater exclusively outdoors or in well-ventilated spaces. Do not store or leave the running device in direct rain. Always disconnect the power plug before cleaning or servicing the nozzle.
Heater HEYLO 4732-22 * Proper startup and shutdown
First, fill the fuel tank at the bottom with clean heating oil. Then, connect the cable to a standard grounded 220-volt outlet. After that, press the illuminated switch on the black burner box. The automation independently starts the oil preheating process in the nozzle block. The burner starts automatically after approximately one minute of waiting.
You must follow a specific procedure when turning off the system. First, turn off the power switch, but never unplug the cord immediately. The internal fan must continue running to cool the hot chamber. A thermostat safely stops the fan only after the machine cools down. This practice successfully protects electronic components from thermal shock.
