Compact MJ6132 is a standard and highly efficient industrial machine with a sliding table intended for precise cutting of sheet materials.

The principle of operation of this machine is based on the precise linear guidance of the material over a moving table (cart) through a system with two saw blades:

The scorer (small saw blade): A small scoring blade sits in front of the main saw. It rotates in the opposite direction at 8000 rpm. This blade cuts only the bottom layer of the material. It scores the melamine, veneer, or laminate a few millimeters deep. This initial cut prevents fraying and cracking during the main cut.

Main saw (large saw blade): A powerful 4 kW electric motor drives the main saw. The large blade rotates between 4000 and 6000 rpm. It passes directly through the pre-cut scoring line. The main blade cuts the board completely. This process leaves straight and clean edges on the material.

Sliding table (carriage): The operator places the board on a 3200 mm aluminum carriage. Hardened steel guides help the carriage slide smoothly. The operator pushes the table forward manually. This smooth movement ensures a straight, vibration-free cut.
Angular cutting: The machine tilts the saw assembly from 0 to 45 degrees. The operator monitors this angle on the control panel. The panel features an analog or digital scale. This feature enables the creation of perfect oblique joints.
