Machine for semi-automatic, pneumatic insertion of wooden dowels.

3-in-1 Automated cycle (Drill * Glue * Dowel): The machine performs the whole process in one operation – first drills a hole on the edge of the board, then injects a precise amount of glue through the nozzles, and finally automatically presses the wooden dowel.

Through the control panel, the operator can choose between three operating modes: Drilling only.
Just inserting the dowels.
Combined mode – which does a complete cycle.

Pneumatic carriage positioning uses a pneumatic system to raise and lower the head assembly, precisely placing drills or the doweling unit along the work axis according to the selected mode. An integrated vibrating drum atop the machine automatically sorts and feeds wooden dowels down channels to the hammer guns. Standard configurations for used models generally feature multiple drill spindles, such as 21-spindle heads, alongside dedicated glue nozzles/guns. Furthermore, reliable pneumatic cylinders securely clamp the plate to the work table, ensuring stability during both the drilling and doweling processes.
