Pellet line production

The main components of the system visible in the photos

The large cyclone acts as a dust collector and separator. It uses centrifugal force to extract fine sawdust from the air. Then, it drops the material directly into the dispenser.
The screw conveyor raises the prepared raw material. It evenly doses the mixture into the pelletizer head.
The hammer mill handles the primary grinding of shavings, branches, or biomass. Its lower robust blue part and fan create a granulation suitable for pelletizing.
The cooling and separation system filters the air through textile bags. This process captures fine dust and keeps the workspace clean.

Engine power: 22 KW (30 HP), speed 1470 rpm.
