Pneumatic clamping: Next, a vertical pneumatic piston firmly fixes the wood. Specifically, the operator activates this clamp via a foot pedal. Consequently, this mechanism enables safe work and quick release.

Drive motor: Meanwhile, a powerful three-phase electric motor drives the system. This 2 HP motor provides about 1.5 kW of power. Furthermore, the unit reaches an operating speed of 2900 RPM.

Cutting tool: Regarding the tooling, a vertical shaft holds a metal head. This milling head measures about 215 – 220 mm in diameter. Moreover, dedicated profile knives efficiently remove layers of wood.

Workbench and weight: In addition, the workbench measures around 700 x 140 mm. However, the exact table width varies up to 235 mm. Finally, the machine weighs around 150 kg in total. This weight ensures stability but allows easy relocation within the plant.
