How does the machine work and what is it used for?
The basic operating principle of this machine is based on copying using a guide mandrel (pin) located in the table, precisely along the axis of the router. An MDF or plywood template with grooves cut into the underside is placed under the wood workpiece.
By moving the template along the mandrel, the router precisely copies the shape onto the wood itself.
Most common applications:
Furniture and kitchen fronts (decorative bay windows and frames).
Manufacturing curved elements (chair backs, stylish furniture parts).
Recessing holes, grooves, lock slots, and inserts in wood.

High productivity: The large area around the router allows for machining parts inaccessible to standard table routers.
Foot pedal: Lowering and raising the router bit into the material is controlled by a foot pedal (pneumatic or mechanical), freeing both hands for material manipulation.
Disadvantages:
Requires template making: A precise template must be manually created for each desired shape.
Safety: Like any older, high-speed machine, it requires extreme caution and the use of protective guards and pushers. Space requirements: Due to its one-ton weight and large dimensions, it is not suitable for small hobby workshops.
