Key technical features:
The manufacturer builds the entire frame and work table from cast iron. This heavy material adds great weight to the machine. It completely eliminates vibration during cutting. Consequently, the heavy base guarantees a surgically precise cut and exceptional longevity.
Typical tabletop dimensions for this Italian machine measure around 1000 x 800 mm. This large surface provides a stable support. It safely holds longer and more massive boards during operation.
The machine uses circular saw blades up to Ø 350 mm in diameter. Blade features a standard shaft opening of 30 mm. This setup allows a maximum cutting height of about 100 to 110 mm at right angles.Finally, a powerful three-phase electric motor drives the unit. This motor delivers an output of about 4 kW. It operates at a standard speed of 2800 revolutions per minute.

1Circular saw COSTA – Control mechanism:
The large blue wheel on the front smoothly raises and lowers the shaft. This mechanism easily adjusts the depth of cut.
Smaller wheel on the side precisely tilts the saw blade. It creates an angle from 0° to 45° for diagonal cutting.
An industrial rocker switch controls the machine. A standard red five-pole three-phase plug hangs from the front. This setup means the machine is ready for the mains.
Company owner imported this used machine from Italy. Technicians completely renovated the unit before sale.
