Manufacturers build this fan in a robust industrial version. Specifically, the machine utilizes a direct drive system. The 11 kW electric motor runs at 2900 rpm. Furthermore, engineers mount this motor directly onto the steel console. The motor then drives the internal impeller without any belts. At the top, you can see the square pressure outlet. Additionally, a transitional galvanized sheet metal adapter connects to the pipe. The intake opening sits on the back side of the turbine. Therefore, it aligns perfectly with the engine axis. Inside the blue housing, a hardened flat-bladed impeller operates. Specifically, the PTC series features this custom built wheel. Technicians factory-balance this impeller against constant impacts. Consequently, the durable system easily withstands solid particles.
