We are selling an extremely powerful industrial, radial fan in a striking red color. This device efficiently collects and transports air, dust and industrial particles. Namely, the strong construction guarantees stable and long-lasting work in difficult factory conditions. Therefore, the machine is an ideal choice for the wood, metal or chemical industry.
The complete housing rests on a massive steel frame painted in red. Consequently, this heavy base successfully neutralizes all operating vibrations of the turbine. Reliable indirect drive and optimal working speed
The machine uses a very reliable indirect drive system via V-belts. The drive belt is housed under a solid gray metal shield. This transmission successfully protects the electric motor bearings from sudden loads. If a larger object flies into the turbine, the belts will simply slip. Therefore, this smart system completely prevents costly breakdowns and overheating.
The device is powered by a powerful three-phase, high-efficiency, 9 kW electric motor. This power unit operates at an optimal speed of 1440 revolutions per minute. Accordingly, the lower number of revolutions significantly reduces the noise level during operation. At the same time, the motor develops a huge torque for constant and stable pressure.
Dedicated opening dimensions for maximum air flow
The fan has precisely dimensioned openings for optimal airflow. The suction opening on the side of the case has an exact diameter of 220 millimeters. On the other hand, the upper exhaust port has a diameter of 180 millimeters. A galvanized, flexible bend for directing air is mounted on this exhaust port.
This combination of diameters ensures an extremely high flow rate inside the pipe. Therefore, the system effectively prevents the sedimentation of the transported material before entering the cyclone. The device is placed on a pallet and is in a completely working condition.
