Vollmer Welding Table, model BLS 320 is a product of the German company Ideal-Werk. This device performs electric contact butt welding. It primarily serves wide band saws used in the woodworking industry. Furthermore, it welds strong metal cutting blades.
Sawmills and sharpening shops use this machine to join band saw ends. Moreover, they repair broken blades with it. The welding process uses electrical resistance – ends heat to the melting point. Then, the machine compresses them strongly. This creates a very durable joint.

This model uses an electric resistance welding process, which involves precise alignment of the ends, preheating to around 100°C and subsequent annealing (tempering) to around 450°C to ensure the strength and elasticity of the weld.

Vollmer Welding Table is located in Mačvanska Mitrovica, Serbia. The machine is in excellent condition. You can test it in operation. The client pays for transportation.
