Pre-milling group:

Pre-milling machine with 2 motors, 1.8 kW (2.5 hp), 12,000 rpm and independent operation to avoid sheet breakage;
2 diamond cutters with a diameter of 50 mm, useful working height of 50 mm.
The first motor rotates counterclockwise, the second clockwise.

Gluing and pressing group:

Functions:
Automatic feeding of edgebands in rolls or strips and application of hot melt adhesive to the panel edge.
Edge pressure on the panel after gluing and cutting from a roll up to 3 mm thick.
Equipment:
Glue can with automatic standby function/glue roller.
Digital control of glue temperature from the control panel.

Edgebanding machine FAHD ASTRA is located in Mačvanska Mitrovica, ul. Žarka Vučinića 32 B (part of Sremska Mitrovica), Serbia. The edgebander is in very good condition and can be tested in operation. Transportation is at the customer’s expense, and after the purchase from our company, Edgebander FAHD ASTRA will be loaded into the customer’s car free of charge. “Apocalypse” LLC has over 2,500 used, refurbished machines in stock.
