Additionally, a robust torsion shaft connects the beam’s rack and pinion transmission. This system effectively synchronizes the movement of the work table, ensuring uniform pressure across the entire line. A powerful pusher automatically makes precise longitudinal cuts.
Gears then transmit torque for perfect parallelism. A hydraulic variator smoothly changes the blade feed speed. The operator manually adjusts the parameters to suit the specific material. Adjustment ranges from 0.2 to 3 meters. Finally, the carriage returns to the starting point as quickly as possible.
