Stand press for gluing joints.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS:
The LH2 press is made of welded construction. It is intended for industrial bonding of structural prisms (europrism, BSH, Duo and Trio). It is produced for a gluing width of up to 150 mm. The glued length is in the range of 3,000 – 25,000 mm. The main pressing cylinders as well as the front traveling pressures are hydraulic. The source of pressure is a central hydraulic unit. By default, the press is divided into 2 pressing circuits (right + left half) and front pressure bars. These main circuits are controlled by ball valves. In addition, each cylinder has its own ball valve, so we can determine whether we will use it for gluing or whether it will remain inactive. The configuration of the press is primarily based on the customer’s request for pressing pressure and the length of the glued material.
