Purpose: This rotary table serves as an assembly station where pallet elements (boards and blocks) are stacked and fixed before they go into the nailing phase.
Mechanism with springs and arms: Powerful, metal “arms” tightly clamp the elements of the pallet using strong steel springs. At the same time, these mechanisms constantly maintain the correct geometric shape of the palette during the rotation of the table itself.
Productivity: Manufacturers design these systems for mass production to increase overall factory output. Specifically, the machine performs automatic operations like nailing or turning on one side. Meanwhile, the operator simultaneously prepares the next pallet section on the opposite side.
Adaptability: The table is flexible and you can adjust it for different dimensions of pallets (eg from standard 1200×800 mm to larger formats), which is characteristic of Storti GSI lines.
