Saw (circular): For cutting elements to the required length before installing the plug.
Horizontal Mandrels (Knives / Routers): Upper and lower knives that simultaneously shape the thickness of the plug.
Vertical Spindle (Routing): Often located at the end for profiling or additional finishing of frames. Trolley (feed): They have a very sturdy sliding table (trolley) with manual feed, which moves along precision guides. They are equipped with eccentric clamps for securing the wood.
Adjustment: The head height is manually adjusted using wheels with threaded spindles, which requires the experience of a craftsman to accurately estimate the size.
