PeeWee Threading Machine.
The PEE WEE Type II/60/P12 model is a robust German cold threading machine, used for the precise production of external threads on cylindrical parts such as bolts, studs and shafts. This is a heavy-duty industrial machine, and the “P12” designation usually refers to its maximum downforce of 12 tons.

Machines from this series, like the variant II/60-P12, offer the following performances:
Rolling force: Maximum 12 tons (120 kN).
Working diameter range: from 12 mm to 50 mm.
Operation method: Supports cutting in place and pass rolling for long threads.
Thread length (by cutting): Up to about 130 – 160 mm, depending on the width of the rollers.
Thread length (by rolling): Theoretically unlimited (up to 2000 mm for standard operations).
Rotation speed: Adjustable in the range from about 18 to 115 revolutions per minute.

The speed depends on the type of material you are processing. The formula uses the thread diameter:
– Steel up to 60 kg/mm²: 3 x thread diameter.
– Steel up to 90 kg/mm²: 2.5 x thread diameter.
– Steel up to 120 kg/mm²: 2 x thread diameter.
– Brass, Dural, Silumin: 3.5 x thread diameter.
